AVOID!!!!

I've received the worst service I've ever paid for from them.

Paid over £1,000 for a storage unit for them to store my belongings for a year. When I requested my things to be delivered, a lot of my things were missing (furniture and boxes). They even started delivering things that weren't mine which I could have easily kept if I wanted to (which I think is what happened with my missing things, they've probably delivered them to someone else). I had paid for an individual container, which is clearly not where my things where kept throughout the duration of the contract because if that was the case they wouldn't of lost my things. They later confirmed that they had put all my things into a different container (they never asked if I approved of this).

I honestly cannot stress enough how unprofessional this whole service has been. I have been continuously blanked and shouted down the phone.

They haven't apologised or even tried to compensate me for the beyond poor service they've offered.

They've been finding my things in the last 2 years and

1. promising delivery dates and never turning up

2. turning up without notice

3. the few things they've found have been delivered dirty, opened and just not in a good state

I am still missing things and I'm still being blanked.

Honestly, AVOID AVOID AVOID. Rude and beyond unprofessional.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: £1000

Incorrect number of vans and men arrived for the job booked and checked in advance.

Several items lost in transit with little care taken over what did arrive.

I have asked for insurance info to claim for lost items and have been refused - I do not believe they have any insurance so be very careful if you have to use them.

I wouldn't ever use again as incredibly stressful, not the service I enquired for and has only caused more problems.

Move size: 1 Bedroom Flat Service cost: £325

My family used He-Van for our 3 bed house move from Worthing to Wales, 2 large vans and 3 very energetic men. We cannot fault any aspect, the team were great, speedy, thoughtful and polite. The quote was well priced and similar to others that we got. We chose He-Van,

and we asked them to do the packing as we just couldn’t be bothered anymore! It was worth it. If we get sick of Wales we will definitely use this company again. Thank you Terry for organising a great move. Caroline, Robert and Jack :-)

I used "he-van- masters of the universe"

As the removals company when I moved flat.

Many of my items went missing and no responsibility has been admitted!

Terry (the manager) will not do an insurance claim because he said the items are petty. So I'm now left struggling, replacing everything lost.

I advise people not to use this company..
